If you do not agree to changes in the Terms of Service as they may occur, please arrange to terminate your registration with eteambuilder immediately (i) by notifying eteambuilder of your unwillingness to accept the changes to the Terms of Service; and (ii) by discontinuing your use of eteambuilder. Your continued use of eteambuilder will signify your acceptance of any change in the terms and conditions set forth herein. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES eteambuilder provides its users with on-line group and event management facilities, discussion forums, and related services to support volunteering. All new features of eteambuilder services are subject to these Terms of Service. The services provided hereunder are provided "AS-IS" and eteambuilder assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, omission, deletion or failure to store any user communication or personalization. By uploading or submitting any material to us, you automatically grant eteambuilder a perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works, and distribute such materials or portions of such materials in any form or medium known or later developed. PASSWORD You may receive a password or passwords in connection with your use of this Web site. You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your passwords and accounts, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your passwords and accounts. YOUR REGISTRATION AND USE OBLIGATIONS By registering with eteambuilder, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information, about yourself and your group and to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or eteambuilder has reasonable grounds to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, eteambuilder has the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or any group or event created under your account, and refuse any and all current or future use of eteambuilder. GROUP-LEVEL ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP As an event leader, you may link to existing groups to provide background information for an event. You may create a group account for a community service group that is not currently represented on eteambuilder, and provide basic information about the group. The ownership of this new group account will remain with you, the event leader, until the community service group manager contacts eteambuilder. If you notice that an eteambuilder account has been created for your group, you may request ownership of the group. eteambuilder reserves the right to request appropriate written documentation to verify the owner of a group-level account. At its sole discretion, eteambuilder may reassign new ownership of a group-level account to the eteambuilder WebMaster or the appropriate eteambuilder user. If ownership of your group is contested, eteambuilder may remove your group from the list of groups available to all users, and/or change your group names and identifiers. MEMBER CONDUCT You alone are responsible for your own content and are responsible for the consequences of any content you provide. You agree to use eteambuilder for the purpose of strengthening and building our communities. You must not do the following: (a) post material that violates any law or infringes on any rights of others including without limitation the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; (b) post materials that are copyrighted or would constitute an act of copyright infringement, unless you are a copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it; (c) post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist or embarrassing to another; (d) post a sexually explicit image; (e) access this Web site to obtain a list of its users; (f) stalk or otherwise harass another; (g) post or transmit any advertisements, promotional materials, or any form of solicitation; (h) adopt names for the purpose of cybersquatting; or (i) access or use any secure or non-public areas of this Web site without authorization. eteambuilder reserves that right to edit, restrict or remove any content you provide for any reason at any time. eteambuilder does not control the content posted using eteambuilder and as, such does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.
