The following sections provide step by step directions to help event leaders and group managers get started using the eteambuilder tools.

First Time Users:

• Evaluate eteambuilder for use with your group: sign up for a sample event, create a sample event, and explore eteambuilder event management tools.

Group Managers:

• Create a new group to manage your members;

• Take ownership of a group that was set up by a volunteer group that provides volunteers for your group;

• Establish your group defining your mission, program areas, and other group information;

• Manage your group through real-time event status, leader tracking, and review of trends and demographics.

Event Leaders:

• Add a new event to your existing group;

• Manage your existing event to reduce your administrative burden, and connect with your members;

• Collaborate with other leaders in your group and leaders of similar events.

Members:

• Record your hours for an individual project;
