eteambuilder takes your privacy seriously. We collect information on behalf of your community service groups and event leaders to facilitate your effective member experience.

eteambuilder does not share member email addresses, or any personal member information, with nonaffiliated third-parties. eteambuilder may make aggregated results from demographic information you supply available to your community service groups and eteambuilder sponsors. eteambuilder will only provide such demographic information on an aggregated basis. We do not disclose individual demographic information.

eteambuilder uses cookies as a standard tool for identifying your user session. eteambuilder also uses cookies to enhance your interaction with the site. For example, cookies are used to remember your current search options when searching for discussion items and other information on the site. Cookies are not exchanged with other sites.

Information maintained by eteambuilder is only collected for use by eteambuilder. This information is only provided to the team leaders and groups for the events you select.

This information is always available for your review, change, and deletion. eteambuilder records your information in two areas described below. eteambuilder maintains a member profile for each member containing the following information:

• Email Address and Password. Each event participant creates an account to ensure that you can reliably change the information you provide to team leaders, or cancel your participation.
• Name
• Location (city, state, zip)

eteambuilder also requests the following demographic information:

• Gender
• Age
• Occupation
• Race / Ethnicity
• Income range

This information helps your community group determine basic demographics of members. This information is never presented to anyone except in an aggregate form. We will never associate this information with your name or email address, not even to your event leader or group manager. Your group will use this information, for example, to indicate that the members are 75% male, and span the following age ranges: Under 30: 40%, 30-40 years old: 40%, and over 40 years old: 20%. This information may be provided in this aggregate form to eteambuilder supporters and for internal eteambuilder analysis.

To ensure your privacy, if your community group requires your gender, age, or occupation, you will be prompted for this information when you sign up for events.

eteambuilder also uses age information to ensure our compliance with the Child's Online Privacy Protection Act.

eteambuilder may collect additional member information for a team or event. This information is specifically requested by your event leader or group, and is always available for your review or update.

When event information is collected, your event leader may elect to make this information available to other event members. You may limit the release of personal information to other event members. You may limit the release of personal information, such as name, email address, home and work phone numbers, address, etc.
